Topsail Island is a special relaxing place of great beauty and diversity. Many folks who vacation here have been doing so for generations with their families. Many of our property owners bought-in here to make permanent the enjoyable traditions that began years earlier as their parents vacationed on the island.

Les is a North Carolina licensed real estate broker and has had over thirty years experience in various forms of negotiations. He has a Doctorate in Management and Administration from Lehigh University and is eager to put his education and experience to work for you.

A native of eastern NC with a 20-year business career, she is ready to serve your real estate needs with hard work, honesty and a keen attention to detail. April has lived in the coastal area for 12 years along with her husband and daughter. An avid supporter of youth activities, she is involved in many local organizations.
